Our freestanding Holiday residence is surrounded by vineyards. The idyllic Mittelmosel Location invites You to stay and relax.

Our "Ferienresidenz" was built in 1999. In year 2000 the first room rental took place.

We are a Winegrower Family who takes part in the family winery Albert Schwaab.

The production of sparkling wine takes place in our house.

After a delicious breakfast in our residence you can do a trip in the charming Mosel region. In the afternoon relaxing on our large terrace or in Your silent guest room.

And in the evening, to give the day a perfect ending, an interesting and entertaining wine tasting with a Winegrower of passion. That's how a day in our residence could look like. And it won't get boring – we guarantee!
